There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.
If you love fresh ravioli but don't think you could ever replicate what you would order from a restaurant, this class will prove you wrong. Our expert Chef Instructor will teach you to make pasta dough from scratch without eggs! Instead we will use Aquafaba as the binding agent for our dough. Aquafaba is the liquid found in a can of chickpeas. After forming and kneading your dough, you will use a pasta machine to roll it out before filling your pasta sheets with a tasty butternut squash filling.
Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to make the browned butter sage sauce. This recipe is so seasonal and comforting for the winter months! Buon appetito!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ please
