Valentine's Day Macaron Masterclass

Description

Fall head over heels for the art of macaron-making in this Valentine’s Day workshop with Chef Jey! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets behind creating elegant French macarons- from whipping a silky meringue to perfecting macaronage and piping smooth, uniform shells. Chef Jey breaks down each technique, ensuring both beginners and seasoned bakers feel confident and inspired.

What You’ll Make:
Craft your own batch of classic almond French macarons and fill them with vibrant seasonal flavors. You’ll discover how to balance textures and flavors while building beautifully assembled, irresistibly romantic treats.

Whether you’re planning a dreamy date night, celebrating galentines day, or treating yourself to something sweet, this experience pairs hands-on creativity with a warm, festive atmosphere- plus plenty of tasting along the way. All tools and ingredients are included, so just bring your enthusiasm and let the magic (and macarons!) happen.

No experience necessary!
We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.  Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients.  Outside drinks are not allowed.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price.  21+ only.
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+.
