We'll be making Neapolitan-style pizzas, Italy's famous style. But don't be afraid to break out your inner culinary artist to experiment with a variety of popular toppings. Join us for a fun and interactive experience, where you will not only learn the secrets behind authentic pizza making but also get to enjoy a delicious meal with your family and friends at the end.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Family style cooking classes are intended for kids 10 years and older as the pace and equipment used will be more appropriate for this age group. Kids must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
You will be seated with your family members and will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Each pair will make a 16" pizza to share. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks (alcoholic and fountain drinks) are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
Chef Sandro is originally from Mexico. He believes that the best way to learn about a culture is by traveling. That’s why he's had the opportunity to travel a bit around Europe and South America.
In addition to traveling, he likes to read cookbooks and learn languages. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He is currently interested in Hydroponics and healthy food. Food can be delicious and healthy at the same time. He also loves milkshakes!
