Join Chef Dee for a fun, hands-on class where you'll learn how to make authentic Italian focaccia from scratch before transforming it into a beautiful work of art. Using colorful, fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, basil, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, herbs, and more, you'll design your own unique edible canvas.

As your focaccia bakes to golden perfection, Chef Dee will share tips and techniques for achieving a light, airy crumb and crisp, flavorful crust. Whether you're a seasoned home baker or trying bread making for the first time, you'll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate this stunning- and delicious- focaccia at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Guest requirement

Class will take place on the Terrace of the hotel.  The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue.  Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.   For any guests booked individually, if you are part of a larger group please email hello@cocusocial.com at least 48 hours prior to your class to confirm your full booking party size and the names of the others in your group. If your chef made your class extra special, feel free to leave a tip after class as a thank-you.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
