Fresh Pasta Workshop: Fettuccine, Pappardelle, & Orecchiette

Description

Love pasta? Then this class is for you! Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to make three classics - Fettuccine, Pappardelle and Orecchiette - from scratch. We’ll walk you through mixing and kneading the dough, then show you how to roll and cut it into silky pasta ribbons. Once the pasta’s ready, we’ll cook it up with simple, flavor-packed sauces: think a rich homemade tomato basil for the fettuccine prepared by Chef Anna and a hearty sage mushroom butter sauce for the pappardelle and orecchiette. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips to make the whole process easy (and fun!) at home. Come hungry, leave happy—and with the skills to whip up fresh pasta dinners anytime.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Classes are intended for adults 18+.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price.  Guests who are 21 and over are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar.  Outside drinks are not allowed.

Meet your chef instructor

Anna Taylor is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education and The Ohio State University, where she studied Public Health. She grew up in a home where cooking was their way of winding down at the end of the day, and she quickly fell in love with it. From an early age, she was fascinated by how a few simple ingredients could transform into something beautiful and delicious. Since then, she has cooked in a variety of kitchens—from a brewery to an Italian restaurant—and those experiences deepened her passion for food and the sense of community it creates. Today, as a private chef, she loves preparing well-rounded dishes with bold, vibrant flavors inspired by cuisines from around the world. She's so excited to meet you and share the joy of cooking together!
