Get ready to roll up your sleeves and create authentic, mouthwatering pizza from scratch! In this class, you’ll learn everything from mixing and kneading the perfect dough to balancing flavors with fresh, high-quality toppings. We’ll focus on the classic Pizza Margherita, the pride of Naples, crafted with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, a pinch of sea salt, and a drizzle of golden extra-virgin olive oil. Extra toppings will be on hand to add your creative twist.
Along the way, we’ll share fun tidbits about pizza’s fascinating history—from its humble beginnings as street food in Naples to its many regional variations across Italy. And of course, the best part: once the pizzas are baked to perfection, we’ll gather around to enjoy our delicious creations together.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.

Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and over are welcome to purchase drinks at the bar. Outside drinks are not allowed.
Anna Taylor is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education and The Ohio State University, where she studied Public Health. She grew up in a home where cooking was their way of winding down at the end of the day, and she quickly fell in love with it. From an early age, she was fascinated by how a few simple ingredients could transform into something beautiful and delicious. Since then, she has cooked in a variety of kitchens—from a brewery to an Italian restaurant—and those experiences deepened her passion for food and the sense of community it creates. Today, as a private chef, she loves preparing well-rounded dishes with bold, vibrant flavors inspired by cuisines from around the world. She's so excited to meet you and share the joy of cooking together!
