Make Your Own Mochi

Description

Learn how to make delicious homemade mochi from scratch in this fun, hands-on class!

Get creative as you learn the techniques behind this beloved Japanese treat. You’ll prepare your own mochi dough, choose colors, shape your mochi and create delicious fillings.

What You’ll Make:

Each guest will make approximately 5–6 mochis, choosing their own color and up to two different fillings. You’ll prepare creamy and fruity fillings along with a traditional sweet red bean option.
