Take Taco Tuesday to the next level with our Mexican Fiesta class, where you will learn to make your own tacos from scratch!  From making fresh tortillas to creating ground beef and/or vegetarian fillings, you will be so impressed with how easy it is to make delicious tacos at home.

In this fun and hands-on class you’ll learn to make corn tortillas from masa flour (it’s easier than you think) using your own hands and a traditional tortilla press.  Learn the art of making Guacamole from scratch-a recipe you'll be making on repeat at home!  You'll build your own tacos with your choice of accompaniments like cheese, lettuce, tomato, and hot sauces. The best part about this class is sitting down to eat your tacos with some newfound foodie friends!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  You will be seated with your booking party.  Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for purchase at the venue.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

The Mexican Street Tacos & Guacamole class was my 2nd experience with Cocusocial. The events are a great way to learn hands-on. The class was fun, albeit a bit rushed because there was a lot to get to! I learned how to make homemade tortillas and should I invest an a tortilla press, I'll always be able to have fresh tortillas in house. Chef Mike was friendly and prepared.
