The Art of Gnocchi Making

Description

With a few simple ingredients, a little muscle and a lot of love, whip up home-made pillow-soft dumplings just like Nonna!

Roll up your sleeves and engage your culinary curiosity as you master the art of transforming humble ingredients into exquisite potato gnocchi. As your creations take shape, experience the joy of dropping them into a bubbling pot of water, eagerly awaiting the moment they rise to the surface—an unmistakable sign that your efforts have turned into tender gnocchi goodness. Enjoy your gnocchi with your choice of a classic Marinara or a Brown Butter Sage sauce, which your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make from scratch.

Join us for an unforgettable experience that blends tradition, technique, and a sprinkle of your own magic. Best of all, no experience is required! Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
