Under the guidance of our expert chef instructor, you’ll make your own dumpling dough and roll it out to the right shape and texture, create a chicken, carrot, corn, and egg filling (or a vegetarian alternative), and even hone your knife skills as you prep ingredients. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class offers a unique and delicious experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of cooking traditional Chinese andd Taiwanese cuisine.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Single tickets may be grouped together. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Single tickets may be grouped together. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

It was an excellent class on how to make dumplings. The instructor seemed to know a lot about dumplings which was great. I got to bring home my extra dumplings which was around 10. overall i would def recommend.

Wanted to learn how to make traditional dumplings so we could make them on our own for Lunar New Year. We truly did learn how to make dumplings from scratch, the dough and the filling. We will actually be able to replicate what we did in class. Thank you, Chef! The only improvement would be if we had our own cooking station to finish the actual cooking ourselves. I know that would make the class at least a 3 hour class but we were enjoying class so that would work for us!
