Join Chef Michele for this highly interactive, hands-on class where you get to make ravioli completely from scratch in the comfort of your very own kitchen. No need for a fancy pasta machine - it's time to roll up your sleeves and learn to make pasta the old-fashioned way, just like an Italian Nonna would!

In this virtual class, you will learn to make and knead the egg based pasta dough, then fill your ravioli with a cheese medley filling, and cook these pouches of yum to perfection. Chef Michele will walk you through step by step in real time, checking-in to make sure you are on the same page throughout the entire session. Please note that this class focuses solely on making the pasta. You can have your own pasta sauce ready to enjoy with your ravioli after class.

With this class, you will gain the basic knowledge of hand-rolled pasta and feel more confident to try making other types of pasta. You are encouraged to cook along with the chef, as she will take you through the recipe step-by-step.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun evening of creating something from scratch, together. No experience is required! You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions as you wish.

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: all purpose flour, eggs, salt, pepper, olive oil, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Absolutely loved this ravioli pasta making class! My husband and I were able to easily follow along and we created a delicious and healthy meal for our family. I’d highly recommend taking a cooking class with Michele, she was knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to and follow. Fun fact: We played Italian music in the background (on low of course) and it enhanced our experience! Plus, enjoying a glass or two of wine while you cook is always a plus in my book. Needless to say, we are already looking for our next class with Michele and, I think, it'll be making macaroons.
