This is not your average taco night! From making fresh tortillas to creating your choice of meat or vegetarian and vegan friendly filling, you will learn to make one of the most popular foods of all times, tacos!- completely from scratch.

In this lively hands-on class you’ll learn to make tortillas from all purpose flour, using either a rolling pin or tortilla press. Your Mexican Fiesta nights will never be the same once you've mastered the classics from an expert instructor.

In this virtual class you’ll learn to make two different fillings - one meat and one shiitake mushroom based. We highly encourage having some guacamole, salsa, and chips on hand! It’s a delicious and easily come together menu you’ll be able to enjoy with friends and family any time you want. Invite your friends and family to connect with you virtually and enjoy a fun evening of making everyone's favorite comfort food from scratch.

No experience is required! We will send you the equipment and ingredients list, which are easy to find and you may already have them in your home kitchen. Just make sure you have these essential ingredients: all purpose flour, baking powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, salted butter/coconut oil/vegetable shortening, shiitake mushrooms or ground beef/chicken/turkey, cooking oil, white onion, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and limes. You will have an opportunity to interact with Chef Michele and ask questions throughout.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

Guest requirement
We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have your ingredients and equipment prepped and ready so that you can cook along with our Chef in real time! Some ingredients may require you to pre-cook before the session begins. A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Michele is awesome! After we made the tortillas & filling for the street tacos, my husband started eating the tortillas and declared them the best he’s ever had. The street tacos were delicious.
