Meet your chef instructor
Chef Amy is a culinary expert with over 15 years of experience. She honed her skills at Orange Coast College in Southern California, and now she's passing on her knowledge as an instructor. Chef Amy is dedicated to sustainable cooking practices and firmly believes that "Feeding people isn't the same as nourishing them."

Create magical memories at our resort area hotel in the heart of vibrant Anaheim, CA located within steps to Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney.
Guest requirement
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. Outside drinks are not allowed. Beverages are available for purchase at our partner venue bar. Parking will be $10 per vehicle or free with validation of purchase from our bar, Manchester 1441. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Great intro class with great detail and history of sushi making. Very easy technique for ShuShu making . I don’t know why I was intimidated all this time. Now, I can pull out my sushi equipment and use it, lol! Thanks for the fun experience!
