In this hands-on class, you will learn how easy and fun it is to prepare fresh cavatelli from scratch. First you will make the classic ricotta cheese dough, then knead, roll, and form the cavatelli with a board that is designed to give you that authentic look and taste to your pasta. Then you will cook the cavatelli, and Chef Brian will complement your pasta with a creamy vodka sauce and a garlic brown butter sage sauce. So come on out, have fun, and learn the art of cavatelli making!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests throughout class. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class.
