Meet your chef instructor
Chef Laurie Beth Clark is an Arizona native born in Prescott Valley, and grew up in the Southwest of the United States. In 2003, she graduated with honors from Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale. During her 20 years cooking professionally, ten of those years were living abroad in Europe. Chef Laurie had the amazing opportunity of shopping at the most amazing fresh markets in Germany, France, and Holland. From which, she cooked for private chef clients and offered cooking lessons to fun groups wishing to learn classic American cuisine. Returning to the States with her young family of four, Laurie spent the last decade as a private chef, catering and pastry making. You can currently find Chef Laurie traveling for chef gigs and spending time with her two boys and husband. Guten Appetite!
