In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create Eclairs and Cream Puffs!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

Born and raised in Ecuador, Chef Esther is a Certified Pastry Chef, specializing in vegan, gluten free, and sugar free substitutions. She is especially passionate about sharing techniques on creating Ecuadorian sweet treats, and enjoys creating new flavors and experiences for the guests.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

It was a wonderful class! Chef Esther was both patient and encouraging. Her knowledge was impressive! So many flavors and colors!! TIP: Even though you remember which cookies you made and which silpat you used, someone else might not. Mark it in some way...oval cookie, your initials on paper, something. Otherwise you may go home with someone else's cookies :( Bring your frustrations and bang them out!!
