In this highly interactive and hands-on class, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - the popular Spicy Tuna Roll, a California Roll, and a "catch of the day" which will make use of fresh, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night. Britton has been involved in the culinary arts his entire life. His grandmother owned a restaurant where he spent a lot of his early years with her in that kitchen. He put his first pan on the stove to make pasta at four years old and he remembers that moment to this day. Chef Britton has worked with world renowned, and Michelin Starred Japanese Restaurants as well as Phoenix's premier fine dining establishments. With all of his experience and knowledge he is now offering his expertise to CocuSocial so that he can share his talents and allow others not familiar with the cuisine the ability to learn.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
