Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat! 
In this highly interactive and hands-on class, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - the popular California Roll, Cucumber Roll and a "Chef's catch of the day" which will make use of fresh, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. 
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date night.  The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Outside drinks are not allowed. Chef Gian is passionate about Japanese cuisine, with a special focus on sushi. A graduate of the HTEI Culinary School in Caracas, he later earned a Master’s in Italian Cuisine from ICIF in Torino, and obtained a Sushi Knowledge Certification from the All Japanese Sushi Association (AJSA) in Paris. Chef Gian has represented his craft in several international events and competitions, including the European Sushi Championship 2024 in Monte Carlo and the French Sushi Challenge 2015 in Paris, where he was awarded second place. With over 20 years of international experience in Japanese, Italian, Latin American, and French cuisine, Chef Gian continues to innovate while honoring traditional techniques.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
