Join Chef Michele from her Cape Cod kitchen as she takes you on a cooking staycation to the south of France. Classically trained in French cuisine and passionate about hosting dinner parties, Chef Michele invites you into her home to teach you how to prepare your very own delicious meal, perfect for date night or your own curious exploration of food that's native to the French Riviera.

The menu begins with an aperitif tutorial on how to make a French 75 cocktail so you have something refreshing and on-brand to sip on while you cook. Next up are the appetizers, which consist of fines herb crepes. You pick the herb or spice that you'd like to incorporate into this dish, based on what you have available at home. Then the main course is a Poulet Nicoise, a popular dish from the Cote d'Azur. This chicken dish can be prepared with any vegetables of choice. Popular options include: squash, mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, and potatoes. You could even make your own Ratatouille if that's what you're in the mood for. The possibilities are endless as it's all about catering to your own tastes!

You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef include: gin or cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup, Prosecco, flour, eggs, milk, butter, herbs/spices of choice, chicken, onion, garlic, vegetables of choice, tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley, tarragon, and chicken stock.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

We will be sending you a list of ingredients and equipment you would need for this class. Please make sure you have everything measured out and ready as described so that you can follow along with our Chef in real time! A Zoom link will also be shared with you upon registration.
Cancellation policy
