Chef Cole will expertly demonstrate how to create your own dumpling skins from scratch so you can try and recreate at home. After the demo, you will continue by using high quality store-bought dumpling wrappers prepared for you ahead of time. You will also get to practice your knife skills when preparing the filling, vital skills that can be applied in your home kitchen. Finally, you will learn how to make a special dipping sauce to perfectly accompany your finished dumplings.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
