Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the exquisite world of Italian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques of crafting delicate fettuccine pasta from scratch, as well as mastering the art of creating a vibrant and flavorful fresh pesto cream sauce. Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for fettuccine and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection.  While your pasta is resting, you will delve into the world of pesto cream sauce. Using fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil, you will create a vibrant pesto sauce from scratch. Taking this dish to the next level you'll also learn to make a pesto cream sauce, balancing bright basil, nutty pine nuts, savory Parmesan, and rich cream for a luscious sauce that perfectly coats every bite.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).  


Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Chef Rachael grew up in Utah, where hiking, camping, and backpacking shaped her love for the outdoors. She began cooking and baking alongside her mother at the age of two and went on to earn two degrees in Culinary Arts by the age of 19.

With seven years of professional industry experience, and having been a head chef for two different kitchens. Chef Rachael continues to expand her skills by learning new techniques and methods from fellow chefs. She finds just as much joy in teaching others and sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her culinary journey.

Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
