Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the exquisite world of Italian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques of crafting delicate fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta from scratch. Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for tagliatelle and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, one to two complementary sauces—think a vibrant, slow-simmered marinara or a bright, herbaceous pesto—that are easy to replicate at home.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting.

Chef David, an Executive Chef with over 15 years of experience across a diverse range of cuisines, including Mexican, Spanish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, and more. Chef David honed his skills working alongside the team of the renowned Michelin Star Chef, Martín Berasategui, and has since become a grill master and respected judge for the SMP in Mexico. He’s also the creative force behind Tacos Don Manolito in the USA, where he brought authentic flavors to new audiences, and has consulted for various venues, helping business owners turn their culinary dreams into reality. With his extensive knowledge, passion for food, and commitment to excellence, Chef David is sure to bring an exciting and unforgettable experience to every class!
The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Groups of 2 may be asked to share cooking stations with another group of two guests.
