There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch.
Escape to Italy for an evening to master the art of making pasta. Follow the steps demonstrated by your Chef Instructor as you learn how to make three popular pasta shapes: Fettuccine, Farfalle & Orecchiette pasta. Guests will learn to make dough from scratch, as well as rolling it out and shaping it to create their picture perfect pasta. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a Fresh Alfredo Sauce as well as a Mushroom, Parsley, Parmesan sauce. Serve the sauce over your al dente cooked pasta and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Whether guiding first-time cooks or fellow food enthusiasts, Chef RJ creates a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere where everyone feels confident in the kitchen. Outside of teaching, he can often be found experimenting with seasonal flavors, rolling fresh dough, or sharing good food with friends and family around the table.
