Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!

In this highly interactive and hands-on class, Chef Instructor David will enrich you with tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - California Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, and Veggie Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match seasonal produce and ingredients to develop your own unique edition.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided.  Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  You will be seated with your booking group.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.

Chef David, an Executive Chef with over 15 years of experience across a diverse range of cuisines, including Mexican, Spanish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, and more. Chef David honed his skills working alongside the team of the renowned Michelin Star Chef, Martín Berasategui, and has since become a grill master and respected judge for the SMP in Mexico. He’s also the creative force behind Tacos Don Manolito in the USA, where he brought authentic flavors to new audiences, and has consulted for various venues, helping business owners turn their culinary dreams into reality. With his extensive knowledge, passion for food, and commitment to excellence, Chef David is sure to bring an exciting and unforgettable experience to every class!

ARTISAN is not just craft bar, we are a distillery and brewery. We hand craft our vodka and whiskey on site and, due to our size, we have our beer custom brewed at another local brewery where they dedicate their line to producing only our secret recipe beers. Because we are a distillery and brewery we can only serve what we brew and distill. ARTISAN has three great spaces under one roof. Our main cocktail lounge (around 1,200 sq ft), the Executive Lounge (also almost 1,000 sq ft), and and an incredible 3,800 sq ft patio. We have two large stages (one outside and one in the Executive Lounge) where we have periodic shows and banks. Additionally, we do rent out our spaces for your special events too.

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  You will be seated with your booking group. Groups of 2 may be asked to share cooking stations with another group of two guests. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not permitted.  21+ please.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
