Get ready to roll, fold, and shape your way through the most delicious hands-on adventure! In this fun and interactive cooking class, you’ll learn how to make silky-smooth pasta dough completely from scratch.

Together, we’ll transform that fresh dough into three iconic Italian pastas:

Ravioli – soft, pillowy pockets ready to burst with flavor

Tortellini – charming little rings with a satisfying fold

Agnolotti – elegant, delicate shapes straight from the heart of Piemonte

Each pasta will be filled with rich, creamy ricotta cheese, then paired with a classic tomato ragù sauce that brings everything together in a harmony of fresh, comforting Italian flavors. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered essential pasta-making techniques—and created a plateful of deliciousness you’ll be proud to share.

Chef Toni is recognized as a taste master and successful restaurateur.  Her life has been dedicated to the preparation of food while at the same time teaching others about the importance of good nutrition.

Where the class will be
Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. BYOB is welcome. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 18+



Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Chef Toni was incredible! She made a wonderfully personal experience for our group, treating us with meatballs, homemade sourdough, and two kinds of handmade pasta, all while we made our own pasta and extra dough to bring home and enjoy later. I can't recommend her enough!

Toni was by far the best class instructor we have ever had! We did the fresh pasta workshop and she had all the fresh ingredients and made sure that we got the steps down. She fed us and gave us wine, then after the class, we shared chocolate and meloncello and we shared stories about food. Excellent experience. Will definitely do it again. Thanks Toni!

Chef Toni was great! She was very informative, gave great instructions, and was an amazing hostess to the class! Chef Toni was so welcoming and had a beautiful home and kitchen that made the class feel intimate and special. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the class and loved all the food and drinks that Chef Toni prepared for us! It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this class with Chef Antoinette!

This was a very authentic and communal experience. Chef Tony taught skills in a hospitable and entertaining way that reinvigorated our desire to learn. After past experiences in other cooking classes fell short this was a night we are sure to come back to in the future.
