Italian Date Night: Chicken Marsala and Bruschetta

Description

This class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Join us for hands-on fun in this Italian Date Night cooking class. Together, you and your partner will learn how to prepare two timeless Italian favorites: Chicken Marsala and fresh homemade Bruschetta.

Chicken Marsala is a comforting Italian-American classic made with tender pan-seared chicken simmered in a rich Marsala wine sauce with savory mushrooms, garlic, butter, and herbs. The sauce is velvety, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with deep earthy flavors that make this dish a restaurant favorite. Paired with crisp, toasted bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil, this menu brings together the perfect mix of cozy and fresh Italian flavors. Bring your appetite, your favorite person, and get ready for an evening filled with Italian flavors and plenty of fun. Buon appetito!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Outside drinks are not allowed. A wonderful variety of drink pairings will be available to purchase from the venue. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.

Chef Mark’s love of cooking began at age six, perched on his grandmother’s countertop “helping” her make cookies. That early spark grew into a lifelong passion for food and cooking. A natural teacher, he has shared his love of learning as a teacher and after graduating from culinary school in 2014, he has worked in several restaurants, ran his own café, and most recently served as an Executive Chef. No matter what the setting, Chef Mark brings enthusiasm, experience, and a genuine joy for teaching, helping others grow confident and creative in the kitchen.
