Make Your Own Ramen

Description

Due to limited seating this class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Escape to the streets of Tokyo as we create this infamous winter warmer, Japanese Ramen Noodle Soup!

This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys Asian flavors and wants to learn more about how to recreate these flavors and techniques at home!

In this entertaining, hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating a widely loved dish, renowned for its rich broth, abundance of noodles and endless toppings!  Use foundational knife skills to prep your fresh ingredients, and learn how to create our Chef's version of a classic shoyu broth. You will artfully pull all components of your dish together and have fun customizing your bowl to your liking, with a variety of traditional garnishes and toppings including slices of Chef's mouth-watering pork shoyu (traditionally slowly braised and marinated pork) . You will use and learn how to choose quality pre-made Ramen noodles making this dish easy to recreate at home!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. BYOB is restricted. Our venue partner, Duckfoot Brewing will have a great selection of crafted pour available for purchase.
