Meet your chef instructor
My name is Paulina, and I would like to take you on the culinary tour of a lifetime! After studying European Food Business in the Netherlands, France, and Italy, I absorbed so many wonderful culinary experiences that I am passionate about sharing. Additionally, I went to culinary school on the island of Malta and learned a variety of Mediterranean cuisines. I believe that food is love with a special ability to bring people together and help foster community.

Paulina was a great teacher, she explained the food science behind the dishes but still made the class very accessible for novice cooks like my husband and I.

Exceded expectations, we had a blast. You should have some classes that include children, I would take my 9 and 11 year old to cooking classes for family night, they'd love it.

We had a really nice time. No issues and the food was great. The Chef new what she was doing and had a nice history around the food. We thought maybe a little music in the room (related to the dish) and we actually asked her to slow down the descriptions because it was very interesting, and we wanted to catch the details! Thanks agian!

We had a small but congenial group. Pauline had everything prepared for us to enjoy making the appetizers. And they were delicious. Better than any I have had served in restaurants!! And easy enough to make on my own. I would definitely recommend her and this class as well for healthy eating.
