It was a lot of fun and even made new friends! Although I have made delicious paella in the past, I learned the traditional technique of making it which was very helpful, and the history of the dish was quite interesting.

Fran did a great job in providing instruction. She broke down the instructions into 3 or 4 parts which allowed people to cook in stages. I liked that she provided some history/story behind the dish that we were preparing. Can't wait to hear if she is going to do a Pasta Putanesca class! I also enjoyed the fact this dish is something I can actually prepare at home for friends/family and it is all done in ONE PAN!!! Everyone was super friendly. Fran provides aprons so you don't splatter on your clothes. Recipe provided for you take home and also made available electronically. Good fun!

This was a lot of fun. I like how the cooking lesson was broken down into mini lessons for us to remember and go back to cook in phases. I liked the history lesson about paella’s origin

It’s was a wonderful experience and the paella dish was amazing. Chef Frances was patient and explained each phase of the meal in detail. My wife and I are confident we can recreate the dish on our own with high expectation that it will be as good as the class. It was a nice setting and well executed. Many thanks to the chef.
