No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you are part of a large group. Alcohol and Non Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venue bar.
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
As a Shanghai native with European residency and currently based in California, Chef Grace skillfully blends the tastes of my hometown with Western culinary techniques. My passion for cooking ignited at a young age. Chef Grace's culinary venture began in the UK in 2012 and has since flourished into a diverse range of services, including catering, cooking classes, meal prep, and supper club experiences.
Having immigrated to the US 15 years ago, Chef Grace wholeheartedly embraces the opportunity to showcase the fusion of Asian cuisine with an international touch. Her ultimate goal is to share the authentic flavors of Chinese cuisine with my students, offering a taste of true culinary excellence.
