There is noting so delicious as fresh pasta! With only a few simple ingredients you will make the most delicious pasta with your own hands. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques of crafting delicate tagliatelle pasta from scratch, as well as mastering the art of creating a vibrant and flavorful fresh pesto sauce. Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for tagliatelle and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, you will learn how to prepare a velvety spring green Soubise sauce, a vibrant twist on the classic French soubise.
No experience necessary! Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sale that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
Chef Andrew has worked at the Culinary institute of America in Napa California, along with fine dining restaurants across Northern California. He has worked in both small and large production kitchens, preferring smaller kitchen settings. He enjoys sharing his culinary passion and aims to make cooking approachable for everyone.
