A trip to Italy – without the airfare!

Discover the pleasure of making fresh pasta into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli.

Learn the art of mixing your own dough from flour and hand roll thin sheets to accompany the beautiful spinach and cheese fillings. No need for a fancy pasta machine - it's time to roll up your sleeves and learn to make the pasta old-fashioned way, just like an Italian Nonna would!  Finally, we will create a delicious Alfredo sauce. Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!



No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Chef Larry grew up all over the world and my love of food comes from his travels. Chef Larry has over 24 years culinary teaching experience at the CCA and Le Cordon Bleu and teaches for the joy of seeing others learning cooking for both a career and having a great meal.

Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price.  Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 or 3 may be asked to share their station with another couple.


To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.  Classes are intended for adults 21+


The Hotel Majestic does not have any onsite parking available, but street parking is available nearby along with the following garages:

Was really fun. Learned a lot about the pasta machine! The filling and sauce was so good. The experience would be a lot better with real plates and silverware, the paper plates and plastic silverware, including for use in the prep, was not the best.
