Get hands-on with Chef Jason in this interactive pasta-making class where you’ll learn to create fresh four-cheese ravioli from scratch using simple ingredients and approachable techniques perfect for home cooking. From mixing and kneading your own pasta dough to hand-cutting ravioli, you’ll build confidence and skill as you craft this classic Italian favorite.
What You’ll Make:
Chef Jason will guide you through two delicious sauces—pesto-Alfredo and basil marinara—each designed to complement your handmade ravioli beautifully. Along the way, he’ll demonstrate plating techniques and share helpful tips on sourcing fresh ingredients and choosing essential tools so you can recreate the full experience at home.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced home cook, this fun, hands-on workshop provides everything you need to create an impressive pasta dish. All ingredients and equipment are provided!

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are intended for adults 18+.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
