Classic and Creative Cocktails

Description

Shake things up with a hands-on mixology experience!
Join us for a fun, interactive cocktail class where you’ll explore both timeless classics and modern favorites while learning the foundations of great bartending. From stirring spirit-forward drinks to shaking bright, citrusy blends, you’ll build the confidence and techniques to mix impressive cocktails at home.

What You’ll Make:
You’ll dive into four iconic cocktails, each showcasing a different skill and flavor profile. Learn to craft a smooth, perfectly balanced Manhattan; shake up a crisp, classic Daiquiri; stir a refined Old Fashioned using whiskey, sugar, and bitters; and mix a vibrant Cosmopolitan with vodka, cranberry, lime, and orange liqueur. Guided tastings and demonstrations will help you understand proper dilution, balance, shaking, stirring, and garnishing techniques. After sampling, you’ll pair up to recreate your two favorites using professional bar tools and hands-on practice.

Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a fun outing with friends, or a fresh way to elevate your home bartending game, this class blends skill-building with lively conversation, guided instruction, and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

No experience necessary!
Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re brand new to cocktails or looking to level up your craft. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to mix, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of two by sharing ingredients and equipment. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+ only.
