Get hands-on with French macarons!
Join Chef Miranda for a fun, interactive baking class where you’ll learn the tips and techniques for making delicate, meringue-based macarons that are easy enough to recreate at home. From mixing the perfect meringue (macaronage) to piping, baking, assembling, and, of course, tasting, you’ll build the confidence to master these elegant treats.
What You’ll Make:
You’ll create beautiful macarons featuring seasonal flavors like -seedless strawberry/raspberry preserves, dulce de leche, and cocoa truffle spread. Chef Miranda will guide you step-by-step through each technique, making the process approachable and fun for beginners while still engaging for experienced bakers. Macarons are made with almond flour, making them perfect for gluten-free or dairy-free treats.
Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, a family-friendly outing, or just a delicious way to sharpen your baking skills, this class blends hands-on learning with lively conversation and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned baker or a total beginner. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to bake, learn, and enjoy.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party, and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
Miranda has been cooking since the age of three, growing up in a family that valued cooking as a vital life skill. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition from Central Washington University. While in college, she launched her private chef company, Koto Ga Dekiru, which she has run for the past five years while also working with other chefs and restaurants to create memorable meals. Originally from Washington state, Miranda has lived on Maui with her mom’s family for the past five years. Her passion is cooking, and her mission is to nourish both body and soul through food. Through each class, she hopes to not only cook delicious dishes but also inspire a deeper connection to food and wellness.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
