Make Your Own Sushi

Description

Sushi Made Simple: Roll, Wrap, Enjoy!

Join Chef Miranda for a fun, hands-on sushi-making experience designed especially for beginners! In this interactive class, you’ll learn to make sushi from scratch—from preparing perfect sushi rice and selecting fresh ingredients to mastering the art of rolling like a pro. Chef Miranda will guide you step-by-step with approachable techniques that make creating restaurant-quality rolls both fun and easy.

Throughout the class, you’ll make three delicious and distinct rolls: the classic California Roll, a refreshing Cucumber Roll (Kappa Maki), and a flavorful Spicy Tuna Hand Roll (Temaki). Each offers a chance to practice different rolling styles—from traditional maki to cone-shaped hand rolls.
