Pizza Night: From Scratch

In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to create a quick and easy pizza dough, prepare a flavorful homemade pizza sauce, and practice basic knife skills while prepping fresh toppings. Chef Panda will guide you through essential pizza-making techniques, from stretching dough to building and baking your own custom pizza creation with confidence.
What You’ll Make:
Each guest will make their own personal-sized pizza, starting with fresh dough and layering it with homemade sauce, mozzarella, and a variety of fresh toppings to customize the perfect pie. Along the way, you’ll learn approachable kitchen techniques and simple recipes that make homemade pizza easy, delicious, and fun to recreate in your own kitchen.

We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party, and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes are intended for 18+.
Chef Panda has 21 years of culinary experience and is classically trained in French and Italian cuisine. His career spans roles from dishwasher to owner, providing him with comprehensive expertise in restaurant operations. Outside the kitchen, he is active with the Scouts and enjoys the outdoors.
Our classes are designed to be interactive and collaborative. Guests may work with others outside of their booking party, sharing ingredients and equipment throughout the experience.

Parking is available in the surface lot upon arrival, subject to availability. If the lot is full, guests may use the parking garage free of charge. Simply ring the gate upon entry and inform the Front Desk that you are attending a CocuSocial event, and the hotel team will grant access.
