Join us for an engaging, hands-on sushi-making class where you’ll learn the art of creating mouthwatering sushi rolls from scratch. From perfecting sushi rice to preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and flavorful sauces, this step-by-step class will guide you in crafting restaurant-worthy rolls with ease. During the class, you’ll create a Classic California Roll, a Spicy Salmon Roll, and a Traditional Vegetable Roll . You’ll also explore different techniques, such as inside-out or seaweed-out rolls, and experiment with vertical and horizontal rolling styles. Unleash your creativity and customize each roll to suit your taste!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same group will collaborate throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+
