You'll be guided through each step of the pasta-making process, from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, cutting, and cooking fresh linguine by hand. Then, the Chef Albert with demonstrate how to prepare a bright and creamy lemon ricotta sauce that perfectly complements the fresh spinach pasta, creating a delicious vegetarian dish bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build confidence in homemade pasta, this class will show you just how approachable and rewarding pasta-making can be. By the end of class, you'll have the skills and confidence to recreate this elegant meal in your own kitchen.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. Our classes are designed for guests to work together in small groups, sharing ingredients and equipment. 18+ only. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. At this time alcoholic drinks are not available on site, However, you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to class. Water will be provided, and non-alcoholic wine, beer and mocktails will be available to purchase. Chef Albert brings over 21 years of professional culinary experience and a passion for creating exceptional food while sharing his knowledge with others. Throughout his career, he has worked across a diverse range of culinary environments, from elevated pub cuisine and large-scale weddings to serving as a member of the culinary team for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Vancouver.
Currently, as Head Chef, Chef Albert leads kitchen operations while continuing to inspire his team through his commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional service. His extensive experience and passion for teaching allow him to create engaging culinary experiences that help others build confidence and enjoy the art of cooking.
