Step into the delicious world of Japanese dumplings in this hands-on cooking class! You'll learn the art of making authentic Japanese gyoza, mastering the signature pleated folding technique that gives these savoury dumplings their classic look. Using high-quality store-bought gyoza wrappers, you'll focus on perfecting your folding skills while learning tips for creating beautifully sealed dumplings every time.
Along the way, you'll sharpen your knife skills as you prepare two flavourful fillings from scratch: a classic Pork & Cabbage Gyoza and a savoury Mushroom & Tofu Gyoza. Whether you're a longtime dumpling lover or trying gyoza for the first time, you'll leave with techniques you can easily recreate at home.
The best part? Sitting down to enjoy the delicious gyoza you've made yourself! Your happiness is your chef instructor's satisfaction, and she can't wait to share this fun and flavourful experience with you.
