Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll practice all the skills needed to make rolls at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to enhance the deliciousness of your sushi. You’ll learn to make a traditional cucumber roll, salmon avocado roll, and a Japanese veggie hand roll.
You will work with other students in groups of 2. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. 21+.
