Homemade Pizza Party

Description
In this class we will teach you how to make a delicious pizza from scratch. Students will be taught the basic history of pizza and its origins. You will learn how to make a quick rising dough and what flour to use to yield the best result. You will also learn how to make pizza sauce out of simple ingredients. The toppings are then up to your preference! Feel free to let your creativity flow. There will be a variety of raw veggies, herbs, meats, and cheese to choose from.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Please note that guests in parties of 3 or less may be paired with other participants. This class is NOT BYOB and drinks are NOT available for purchase at the venue.
