With Chef Jonathan's step-by-step guidance, you'll mix, pipe, bake, and fill light, airy pastries while gaining a deeper understanding of this versatile dough.
What You'll Make:
You'll work through the complete choux pastry process, starting with preparing classic pâte à choux and learning proper piping techniques. From there, you'll shape and bake pastries until they're beautifully puffed and hollow, then explore filling and finishing methods. Cream puffs and éclairs will be the focus.

Our classes are casual, approachable, and designed to be fun for everyone—whether you love being involved in every step or prefer to observe, assist, and taste along the way. Your workstation will be fully prepped so you can focus on learning, baking, and enjoying the experience.
Family Participation Guidelines:
Children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Participants should be mature enough to safely handle real cooking tools and equipment under adult supervision. Chef Jonathan will guide everyone through proper techniques and safety practices throughout the class.
Class Details:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
Chef Jonathan is a chef and father with 20 years of experience in the kitchen. He has trained with celebrated chefs like Enzo Fabricio, Aris Sugouri, and Bryan Voltaggio, sharpening his skills and deepening his love for food. Now, Jonathan brings that expertise to the classroom, sharing techniques, tips, and his passion for cooking with every student he teaches.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
