Fresh Handmade Pasta Alla Vodka

Description

There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homemade pasta—especially when paired with a rich and creamy Alla Vodka sauce!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough from scratch, mastering the techniques of kneading and rolling it out to the ideal thickness using a pasta machine. Then, you'll cut it into delicate strands of spaghetti. To complete the dish, you'll craft a velvety, flavorful Alla Vodka sauce to toss with your freshly made pasta. At the end of class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy their delicious homemade creation. Whether you're a pasta enthusiast or a beginner, this class is a great way to elevate your cooking skills and enjoy an unforgettable meal!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.  Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!

We had such a great time! Chef Rachael was amazing — her upbeat energy kept everyone engaged and having a great time. One thing we didn’t realize, though; the class charges per ticket, but each pair shares the experience of making one pasta dish together instead of each person making their own. Just something to keep in mind if you go! Still, highly recommended, and looking forward to going again to some of their other classes.

Chef Rachel is amazing! The class was really fun and I loved the space. Three thoughts: 1) you guys should do a pizza class! 2) it would be nice if instead of paper plates there were real plates :) 3) there was someone filming the whole class and it slowed down the use of shared equipment
