Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a pasta enthusiast or a first-timer who just wants to try something new. Your workstation will be fully prepped, making this an easy and enjoyable activity for any occasion.

You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
Chef Rachel was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and relocated to Washington, D.C., in August 2023. With a lifelong passion for cooking, she is dedicated to helping others develop their culinary skills and deepen their appreciation for food. Chef Rachel’s professional experience spans a variety of culinary settings, including roles as a corporate chef for major tech companies like Facebook and Google. She has also honed her craft in fine dining restaurants and prestigious hotels. Her favorite cuisines to cook and share are Italian, Mexican, and French. As an instructor, Chef Rachel brings her expertise, enthusiasm, and love of cooking to every class, inspiring others to explore and enjoy the art of cuisine.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
