A Delicious Introduction to the Joy of French Pastry

Join Chef Jonathan for a hands-on baking class where you’ll explore the fundamentals of classic French choux pastry. Perfect for beginners and baking enthusiasts alike, this approachable class is designed to build confidence while learning techniques you can easily recreate at home. With Chef Jonathan’s step-by-step guidance, you’ll mix, pipe, bake, and fill light, airy pastries while gaining a deeper understanding of this versatile dough.

What You’ll Make:

You’ll work through the complete choux pastry process, starting with preparing classic pâte à choux and learning proper piping techniques.
