Asian Dumplings

Description

Discover the flavorful world of Asian Dumplings!

In this hands-on experience, our Chef Instructor will teach you how to make Japanese style Gyoza dumplings. You will fill, seal, and crimp your own dumplings, pan fry and steam them, and dip them in two delicious hand-made sauces. All preparation will be hands-on and guests will work within their booking party sharing ingredients and equipment.

Guests will cook with chicken and vegetarian fillings (shiitake mushrooms, spinach, and ginger) to transform their dumplings into three traditional folds. Dive deep into the flavors of ginger, sesame, garlic and chili. Then top your creations with a hint of Asian spice and everything nice. Enjoy tasting your own dumpling creations with your new foodie friends. This class is also BYOB so feel free to bring beer, wine, champagne, or sake with you to enjoy throughout class.

No experience needed, but it will be provided! Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
