Learn to master how to make authentic Maki and Nigiri sushi from scratch. Come as a beginner or cook of any level of expertise and leave with great knowledge of sushi making so you can impress everyone at home.
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make a special Maki roll with salmon, wasabi mayo, avocado, oyster sauce and cucumber. It will also include the most common garnishes like panko, sesame seeds and scallions. You will also learn how to roll Maki sushi seaweed in or out and make great Nigiri bites with chef’s choice of fish. Lastly, you will learn knife skills and more about the ingredients to make amazing sushi at home or for any occasion.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
