Grand Slam Brunch Spread

Description

Brunch is often best enjoyed in a group. If you can't be in person, why not log in virtually for class to learn how to master the techniques of some of your favorite breakfast dishes. This is one brunch menu you're sure to hit out of the park! Your finished product will be one Insta-worthy brunch spread.

Join Chef Jason in his Manhattan Kitchen as he teaches you to create a variety of delicious brunch recipes ranging from sweet to savory, in an easy to follow step-by-step manner. Learn the secret to making sure all the dishes are served warm, in a beautiful presentation that's sure to please the eyes, your followers, and your very lucky brunch guests.

On the sweet side, learn to make pancakes from scratch with a fruity compote. On the savory side, you'll make scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and breakfast potatoes.

No experience is required! You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list required to cook along with the chef. Most ingredients can also be easily substituted with what you have on hand. However, here's a list of the main ingredients you'll want to consider having with you: ground meat of choice, marjoram, salt, pepper, all purpose flour, baking soda, sugar, milk or water, butter, eggs, oil, small potatoes, onion, fruit of choice (such as berries), and cornstarch.

Prepare your mis-en-place ahead of the session by measuring out your ingredients as detailed in your recipe, and get ready for the best at home brunch party! We highly recommend pouring some mimosas before logging on to Zoom.

Ticket is on a per-person basis. Please note our class times are in Eastern Time Zone!
