Be transported to the streets of Napoli as you learn how to master the art of Pizza making!
In this fun and interactive class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making pizza from scratch, in a classic brick oven! You will begin by learning a bit of pizza history and trivia. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make a quick rising pizza dough, choose the right flour, properly knead your dough to the the right amount of rise, and how to most importantly achieve the perfect crust. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate how to make the perfect pizza sauce, which you will be using for your base.
Next, channel your inner Picasso as you create Naples' most iconic pizza, the Neapolitan! For those interested in getting an extra boost of vegetables for the day, our chef will also demonstrate and teach guests how to make one of the biggest trends in plant-based cuisine, Cauliflower Crust!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive so you can hone your pizza making skills in a laid-back environment. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups.
Guests are welcome to stop by a little earlier for a snack and some drinks. Our venue offers beers, wines, and coffees for sale that will pair extremely well with the pizza that you and your new foodie friends will prepare.
